How to Apply
To become a Blankactivewear.com authorized distributor, please fully complete our “New account application” and provide us with supporting documentation as listed in the Application. We require this information to ensure that we can set up your account in a timely manner. Please send your application to [email protected].
Once your information is received and verified, we will inform you if you qualify for a distributor account. All accounts are initially set up with credit card terms, but net terms are available upon request, subject to approval. Once completed documentation is received, please allow 3 days for your account to be set up. Accounts with low sales activity may be deleted without notification on a periodic basis.
